For just RM100 per trip, we deliver unlimited items anywhere in the Klang Valley and RM150 for outstation delivery within West Malaysia. Our full-service delivery includes assembly, placement and packaging removal. All you have to do is enjoy your new furniture.

What does the warranty cover?
Every HEESZ-manufactured product is covered under a limited lifetime warranty. This includes most of our upholstered furniture such as sofas, chairs, sectionals, benches, ottomans, daybeds, mattresses and beds. Warranty coverage does not apply to our home décor items such as pillows, throws, rugs, poufs, wall decor, and lighting.
Lifetime Limited Warranty
This type of coverage applies to all of the foundational elements of your furniture: wood frames, springs, joints, bases, legs, and hardware, which are integral to the life of your product. We promise to pay standard rates for repair if needed or to provide an alternative solution should the issue be unable to be repaired.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Our One-Year Limited Warranty coverage applies to any manufacturer’s defects or shipping damage to our legs, fabrics, leathers, foams, seams, tufting, mattresses, wood stains, and finishes. If a repair is needed, we will pay standard rates for repair, or provide an alternative solution should the item be unable to be repaired.
Rugs, Accessories, and Home Decor items are excluded from all warranty coverage. Any damages or defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery for a replacement.
Clearance items are excluded from all warranty and return policies.
