We’re committed to perfectly reproducing iconic designs. Each product is made especially for you—to your specifications—and will undergo rigorous quality control checks throughout the production and delivery process.
Our process is thorough and complex, which means lead-times can vary depending on the product. We want to ensure that you are delighted with your order, so we take care to produce the highest-quality items for our customers. Below is a breakdown of the average stages involved in our delivery process.
- Week 1 : Place Your Order
- Week 2 – 3 : Order Information Reaches Factory
- Week 4 : Your furniture is made according to specifications
- Weeks 5 – 7 : The first quality check takes place
- Week 7 : Your order is shipped
- Week 7 : Your order arrives at the local warehouse
- Week 7 : A second quality check takes place
- Week 8 : Arrival – Complete

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?
According to our terms and conditions, you must verify that your product is correct before signing the product receipt. We encourage customers to check their orders carefully, as no action will be taken by HEESZ once the product receipt is signed.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Please be advised that all of our furniture is made-to-order. Because we start the construction process as soon as you place your order, it’s important that customers confirm all items before ordering as we will not be able to cancel the order.
HOW DO I AMEND MY ORDER?
We are unable to modify our made-to-order furniture pieces mid-production. If you wish to amend your order, it is necessary for HEESZ to provide a new order number. This will delay the process in creating your item, as our craftsmen will need to restart the production process.
HOW DO I AMEND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS / CONTACT DETAILS?

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
HEESZ takes pride in only offering made-to-order products, therefore, we do not accept returns at this time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ORDER IS DELAYED?
We require our factories to perform quality checks on every single piece, as opposed to the typical furniture industry standard of 10% of items. If for some reason your order doesn’t pass our thorough quality control process, we will immediately begin production of a replacement product at no cost to you. And because we value your business, we’re happy to offer you a 10% voucher to use on a future purchase.
A PART OF MY PRODUCT BROKE. CAN I BUY SPARE PARTS FROM YOU?
Unfortunately, HEESZ does not offer spare parts for our products at this time.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
HEESZ pays our factory in advance of order production, so your payment method will be processed immediately after you’ve placed your order.

I NEED TO PURCHASE EX GST. HOW DO I DO THAT?
HEESZ is an Malaysian company, and your order is therefore subject to Malaysia GST 6%, due to the order being delivered to our warehouse. If you wish to claim the GST back, please arrange this with your local tax authorities once you have collected your order.
