CAN I PLACE ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

We are more than happy to assist you in placing an order over the phone.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM? CAN I BUY ITEMS FROM YOUR SHOWROOM?

Yes, we do! You may visit our Aurora Place Flagship, where we display many of our furniture designs. You may purchase our items in store. However, please note that self-collection is not possible, with the exception of selected accessories such as cushions, tableware and bedding.

DO YOU OFFER TRADE PROGRAM FOR BULK ORDERS?

Yes, we do! For Bulk purchase, you’ll enjoy special buying privileges, competitive discounts and a personalised service from our exceptional sales teams. CAN I CUSTOMIZED A SOFA OR BEDFRAME?

Customisation options are available for the fabric but not dimensions. You can choose from the wide range of fabric options directly on the website. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our studio to check them out!
We do have leather options as well!
All customisations are made specially for you, therefore we do not accept cancellation or return of these items.

DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY?

Standard Delivery Klang Valley is free for all orders above RM5000. For orders less than RM5000, please refer to the charges here.
Our Standard Delivery includes delivery during non-peak time slots into your room of choice, and full assembly (except for accessory items e.g. mirrors, lighting).
To offer more convenience to customers, we’ve extended and opened more peak hour delivery time slots. These high demand slots (such as weekends) can be enjoyed at an additional fee per delivery, subject to availability.
We currently only deliver within the country.

DO I NEED TO PAY ANYTHING ELSE FOR DELIVERY?

Not usually! We provide white glove delivery for all items (except accessories). This means our team will not only deliver to your doorstep, but also assist with the assembly, installation and heavy lifting at no additional cost.

If you need help carrying your items up some stairs, we charge a fee of RM30 per item for every level not accessible by lifts (limited to a maximum of 3 storeys). Carry-up service is required for delivery to any location above ground floor without direct, unobstructed lift access. This includes flights of stairs within apartments or landed properties. We don’t charge for accessories though!

We can also help you dispose like-for-like items (e.g. Your old sofa when we deliver your new sofa) for a minimal fee.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We work with trusted delivery partners to make sure your delivery is professionally handled. Your item will be safely packed and in good hands!
Furniture items are delivered via specialised furniture delivery partners. Deliveries will be carried out by a two-person delivery team and includes moving items into your room of choice, unpacking, assembly and rubbish removal.
